Beautiful remodeled and spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath home located in the heart of it all in the magic zip code of 85254. Minutes away from top notch shopping, restaurants, Westworld Barrett Jackson, Kierland Commons, TCP Waste Management Open, Paradise Valley Mall, and Scottsdale Exec Airport. There is a pool on the property & will only be included if pool waivers are signed before arrival date.

The space
Spacious beautiful new kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances and a large island open to the dining room perfect for entertaining and family or big group gatherings. The living room has a large brand new sectional with a 65inch smart tv with amazon prime preloaded. The master bedroom has top of the line walk in travertine shower and bathroom connected to it. The fourth bedroom is a office bedroom with a queen bed and a full size desk. The living room has a fireplace but it is not for use. Guests will not have access to the garage and guest house on the premises. There is a washer and dryer available for use and a full laundry room. There are cameras outside of the property for security. No loud parties allowed.
