Geri booked my house at the last minute right before I left Amsterdam on holiday, because another place she'd booked had fallen through. I already planned to have a family stay with me, and they have a small child. That's why I left all the toys and things in my apartment and wasn't planning to take them away. Furthermore, anyone reading my listing on this site can see that this is an apartment where a family lives with a small child. If you don't like children or children's toys, maybe think about whether this is an appropriate setting for you to book your stay. Also, Geri knew when she made the booking that I had goldfish and I asked her before I accepted the request if she could feed the goldfish. She said no, so I got a holiday pellet to feed them for a week. This usually works just fine. The goldfish died because Geri refused to do something very simple which I asked her to do -- which was to look into the tank just once and make sure that the goldfish holiday pellet that I left in there to feed the fish was working, so that they wouldn't die. They died, and she complained to an extent that was just ridiculous. I'm very sorry that I did Geri a favor and accepted her request on such late notice. Lesson learned -- I will not do that again.
