A modern, one bedroom, semi-detached bungalow in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, Aviemore.

The space
Situated on a quiet street in Aviemore, close to the Speyside Way walking route and Spey Valley golf course.

This modern one bed bungalow is perfect for a couples getaway, with lots of activities to do locally; from exploring the mountains, fishing or canoeing the River Spey, enjoying the forestry walks and in winter, enjoying snow sports on Cairngorm Mountain.

The property has off road parking at the front and a back garden with decking to enjoy in the warmer months.

The living room has a lovely wood burning stove to keep you cozy on those cooler days & winter evenings, with a three seater sofa bed on which to sit and relax.

The bathroom is newly refurbished with a walk-in shower.

You are just a few minutes walk away from the Cairngorm Brewery where we can recommend their brewery tour.

Also, close to the brewery, is Route 7 Cafe which is great for brunch and lunch. It’s just off the Route 7 cycle route hence the name. It is located in the Highland Home Centre.

If you'r looking to explore the area by bike then next door to route 7 is bike hire with Mike Bikes Aviemore, they also have a shop fantastic independent bike shop in town which also do rental.
