Cosy 1 bed converted dairy – part of a Grade II listed Somerset Long House on a small working livestock farm.

Dog- Friendly. There is direct access to public footpaths across the farm land & common land leading to the Southwest Coastal Path.

Lots of characterful original features, log burner, kitchen, large double bed, Wi-Fi and Garden.

Nearby to many natural beauty spots, including the Quantock hills, Steart Marshes and the Jurassic coastline at Kilve beach (ideal for fossil hunters).

The space
Previously a working farm building dating back to the 1600s, the Dairy at Zine Farm has been lovingly converted into a self-contained 1 bed apartment with its own lounge and fully equipped kitchen and tons of original character thanks to its exposed wooden beams and original stone walls.

Also, we're dog friendly, so your furry friends are most welcome to stay with you.

Kitchen area includes:

Electric oven and grill,
microwave, kettle, toaster,
plates and cooking utensils

Lounge:
Sofa
Multi-fuel stove with complementary logs included Oct-Apr and available at a small charge May-Sept. Coal available at small charge.
Alternatively you are welcome to bring your own fuel.

Bedroom:
Large double bed with bedside lights, clothes rail and dresser table.

Bathroom:
Toilet, basin and shower with shampoo and soap included.

Washing Machine and Iron are available upon request from the main farm house.

Outside there is private garden in the heart of the farmyard where you can relax and BBQ, with outdoor furniture, BBQ, crockery and utensils provided. There is a supply of logs and charcoal for your BBQ available at reasonable cost or you are welcome to bring your own.

We live in the main farmhouse opposite the property and are very flexible to make your stay hassle free whenever able.

By prior arrangement and at reasonable cost we can assist with some catering options to get up to or return to if planning an early start or a long day out.

Just message us before or after your booking and we'll assist in any way we can.

The Dairy at Zine Farm is ideally located for many areas of natural beauty and scientific interest nearby.
It is close to Steart Marshes which draws birdwatching enthusiasts from all over the area and the coast at Stolford beach, which is part of the designated South West Coastal Path.

A short drive away, you'll find the Jurassic coastline at Kilve (a haven for walkers and fossil hunters) and the Quantock Hills: an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with far reaching views across the region and the Bristol channel.

There are also the villages of Stogursey, Combwich and Cannington nearby, offering a range of pubs, convenience stores and post offices.

30-40 mins drive away are the larger Somerset town's of Taunton, Minehead, Williton & Bridgwater.
