Welcome to our brand new listing. This cosy yet roomy 2-bedroom unit is located in the saught-after Sunnynook in Auckland Northshore. 5 minutes walk away from Sunnynook Bus Station and Countdown supermarket. 30 mins drive from Auckland International Airport. Guests will have one secured carpark. Free unlimited fibre broadband & Netflix. Easy self check in. Porta cot, baby bath & highchair available on request.

The space
We understand the new GST policy was implemented since April this year for all New Zealand Airbnb. This means our guests will have to pay 15% GST on top of the costs. To compensate this, we have decided to drop our daily rates. Thank you!

This unit has been tastefully renovated to ensure you a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. It is very close to the bus station but on a quiet and peaceful street. We provide linen, bath towels and other daily essentials like toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand wash, cutleries, dinner set, cooking utensils, tea and coffee, laundry power and more. You can also access a private fully fenced back yard through the kitchen door.

We understand a good night sleep is essential, and that's why we make sure our beds are of premium quality.

Other things to note
The sofa bed in the master bedroom is for a child or a small-built adult only. Extra duvet and pillows will be provided for guest uses the sofa bed. Please let us know if you will need to use the sofa bed when booking. Thanks a lot.
