These are luxury rooms made to meet high expectations of our guests, and to spoil them, fulfilling the experience of this old stone house with everything a modern person needs.

The space

Saints Hills winery is a unique venue at the Peljesac peninsula.
When visiting the peninsula of Pelješac, this miraculously preserved wonder of Mediterranean nature and culture, you can easily get the feeling that someone placed you into the scene of an old movie Maybe the clocks were stopped here, somewhere in the times without smartphones and constant rush. It is just what your soul needed.

In these beautiful vineyards, all done by hand, because Nature does not allow machines in Dingač, you slowly get the picture what these wines are all about. They are all about sun, sea stone and really hard work. Yet every drop is worth it. Now that you are in vineyard, you are put into the “Pelješac mode”, ready to visit the winery.

“Vinaria”, what we call our Saints Hills winery, is an old stone house in a little village of Oskorušno. This house actually used to be a winery, but its owners went on a quest for better life over the ocean, leaving their winery to sleep for 80 years. We believe it was waiting for us to breath in a new life for her, so we decided to leave the old stones untouched. They withhold the story of tradition. The modern part of story is however, for the guest yet to discover.

Our wines are made of indigenous varieties, with new technology and most recent know-how. The beautiful Nature of this peninsula is what gives special character to our wine. That is way we respect every aspect of it, in our vineyards, as well as in our cellar. We are consulted by Michel Rolland, one of the world’s most appreciated oenologists. We tend to combine our inspiration with experience of our teachers, and create the best story in the bottle.

This story is also followed by the food we serve in our restaurant. All ingredients are fresh and local, we grow our own vegetable and spice garden. Dishes tend to follow Dalmatian traditional recipes made with a little twist from our Chef Špiro Pavlić. As one of the best Croatian chefs, who graduated from “Gastronomicum” culinary academy in France, and did his internship at famous “Georges V” inFour Seasons, Paris, and at Rene Redzepi’s“Noma” restaurant, he is a very important part of our creative team. Food he serves brings new perspective to our wines, and together it performs a feast to guests taste-buds.

“Vinaria” also has two accommodation units, and will grow to six

Stay on a beautiful wine farm in a wonderfully comfortable apartment. Food at the restaurant is excellent and wines delicious too. Weren't too many pother people around and you are far from other things - which is great if thats what you are looking for. Can highly recommend it.

Couldn't be happier with our stay at saint hills winery. Everything was at top: the rum, the food, the vine and the service. Would recommend to everyone that's looking for a night stay at a beautiful winery! Only thing missing is a pool (but rumours says it's on the way). We spent 12 days traveling around in Croatia and the time we spent here was the best part of it. Such a nice way to escape all the tourists in the (over)crowded cities in the high season.

Can't recommend this spot enough. It's set in a beautiful, empty valley that provided great escape from the busier coastline. Although we aren't seasoned wine drinkers Antonija was charming and patient with all our questions and gave us a tour of the winery, followed by a tasting of wines and local cheese. Very convenient location near Orebic so a very easy journey to korcula.
