No on site gym or pool but the complex is close to the Auckland Municipal Salt Water Tepid Baths which also has full gym facilities. Casual membership available.

Princes Wharf is still a working wharf, during the season cruise ships berth at Queens Wharf opposite and occasionally at Princes Wharf. Go to Ports of Auckland site to check timetable.

Nice view, large apartment, nice place with restaurants and bar around. Just the ferry horn could be annoying. Check the cruise ship calendar as they stay in front of the apartment (7 meters of you)...

The good things: * fabulous (magnificent) location and view * spacious apartment * shower flow fantastic * comfortable bed * lots of coat hangers * superior customer service prior to check in * very grateful for the late check out The not so good: * the apartment is a little tired and needs a little makeover - the photos make it look fresher than it actually is * the cleanliness of the apartment could be improved * the broken parts in the apartment could be fixed (ie: broken shelf in fridge, handle on wardrobe, sliding doors on wardrobe) * better communication on arrival. The dishwasher broke down and was not fixed until after we left * the scary warning received in the documentation on arrival regarding the use of electricity and additional payments you may need to make!

Hi Inta Thank you for the comments and we will make sure we share them with the owner and cleaners. The owner is coming to visit in December and he will be making some improvements to the apartment. I appreciate the feedback about the maintenance and will get these done. Would appreciate an email on how we could improve communication for arrival as we are always looking at how we can do things better. Send me an email (EMAIL HIDDEN) the excess payments - some of our apartments have Aircon / Heat pumps. This last winter we had a $700 power bill for a one bedroom apartment in one month. This is why we have a limit on the power. Also we had a client check out of a 3 x Bedroom apartment and had a $2000.00 cleaning bill - So you can see we need to give guidelines that excess use/damage etc will be on charged. Thanks David

Absolutely fantastic location for our overseas business partner to stay. He was more than happy with the location and the apartment itself. He had no issues, wifi (important for business) worked seamlessly and overall it was a most relaxing and enjoyable apartment to stay in.

The whole experience was smooth and very easy. I had a Sunday arrival but everyone made the key pick up very easy which is so important when you arrive in a new country and don't have any local knowledge. The apartment was clean and easy to find based upon instructions provided. I would highly recommend

Property Manager of quality privately owned apartments & houses available for short term leases in the Auckland CBD district and nearby suburbs.
All properties are furnished to a high standard, free hi speed internet, either SKY or Freeview TV, power allowance and are serviced weekly including a full linen change.
Minimum stay is one week although over the quieter winter months some properties are available for stays of five days or longer.
