Between Saumur and Doué-la-Fontaine, come and rest in the countryside, in a troglodyte environment, surrounded by flowers. Very touristy region: close to the Bioparc of Doué-la-Fontaine, troglodytes, vineyards, castles. The Cadre Noir of Saumur, sparkling wines, banks and landscapes of the Loire, charming villages. We will be happy to host you in our cottage, an old house from 1824 (semi-troglo) in tuffeau stone completely renovated.

The space
On the ground floor you will find:
- a pleasant living room with a kitchen area (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, wood stove, a lounge area with 3-seater electric relaxation sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio and a dining area.
2 small bedrooms each with 1 140 x 190 cm bed, the beds are made on arrival, including a bedroom equipped with a TV.- 1 bathroom with shower and sink. - Separate toilet - Laundry room with washer and dryer + cleaning equipment, board games. Enjoy the outdoors in a closed courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ. Wooded and flowered park shared with the owner. Swings and ping-pong table for kids. Boulodrome and shuffleboard games for adults. Private parking.

Guests have access to the entire cottage (house), which is surrounded by troglodyte cellars; guests do not have access to the cellars.
Guests can access the garden in front of the cottage and the small courtyard in the back.
The park and large flower garden with bowling alley, ping-pong, swings are shared with the owner.
