One-bedroom duplex apartment with a private entrance. It's on the 2nd floor (accessible only by stairs) of a partly newly remodeled Victorian Style older house with lots of character. The spacious bedroom is equipped with a TV, work/makeup desk, a closet, sitting area, and a walk-on balcony overlooking downtown skyline. We offer free off-street parking for two vehicles behind a locking gate, and the property is fenced all around. We (owners) live in a separate apartment on first floor.

A one-bedroom and one-bathroom apartment on the 2nd floor (accessible only by stairs) of a newly partly remodeled Victorian style house with lots of character. it has a private entrance. The apartment is less than 2 miles to downtown. It has a full kitchen, a dining and a living area.

Guests have access to a private driveway and a private entrance to the apartment.

Other things to note
We are downtown living. Expect downtown noise in the area: traffic, close by trains, early morning joggers, neighborhood dogs. We provide EARPLUGS and SLEEP MASKS in the room for our light sleeper guests.

Our property is located in an older neighborhood that’s being restored. We’re less than 2 miles from downtown. We’re within walking distance to the river walk extension (hike & bike trail), Freetail Brewing Company, and Roosevelt Park that has facilities such as public swimming pool (open only in summer time), basketball courts, barbecue pits, club house, etc.

River walk mission trail is a few blocks away. Take the hike & bike trail along the San Antonio river that connects all five historic missions: the Alamo, Mission Concepción, Mission San Jose, Mission San Juan, and Mission Espada
