1849 farmhouse in Champagne style, completely renovated, with exposed beams inside and out, very spacious, suitable for large families and groups. Located in a small quiet village on the Champagne road, 3 km from Saint Amand sur Fion (shops, bakery, doctor, hairdresser), 10 km from Vitry le François (shops, supermarket) and 30 km from Lac du Der. A garden in the inner courtyard, private parking on the side. Very quiet street, ideal for relaxing.

The space
Possibility of tasting Champagne and visiting vineyards (the owners are producers and market their Champagne). We provide bicycles (bring your helmets). Our country paths through vineyards and fields are ideal for hiking and mountain biking. Our cottage is a half-timbered house: torchi and wood panels, which gives it a pleasant freshness in summer. Heating is provided by geothermal (a system that uses the calories of groundwater without harmful discharge into the environment), the heat is distributed by a heating floor (independent adjustment per room). Photovoltaic panels provide an environmentally friendly supply of electricity. In the garden, a composter will get rid of your plant waste.
