Great apartment for a short visit to Philly. Close to a few supermarkets and the subway it's a pretty good location. Flat is equipped with everything you would need for a few days and all instructions left were helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to stay for a short time.

Really convenient location to Penn, we walked over in 20-25 minutes. The apartment was just perfect for us, and Hoot was a very communicative and pleasant host. Everything you need for any length of stay is within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We had a great stay!

For the price, it's a great location. Street parking was difficult to find at times but we were always able to find it within a few blocks. Hoot was great at sharing the manual right away and going through the check in process and following up. The size of the studio was small but fine for a small group on a tight budget.

It is an affordable place to stay in a quiet area of West Philly. I had some difficulty connecting to the Wifi but didn't have too much time being in and out of the apartment to troubleshoot why. The shower plumbing was a little tricky too. Hoot kindly provides clean linens and towels. The apartment is very quiet and clean. I had two nights of good sleep. It was easy and convenient to get the keys for the apartment around the corner, and leave them there at check out. All in all, it was a good stay.
