2-room apartment (40m2) located very central in the Eastern part of Berlin, in Mitte.
My 2-room apartment (40m2) is located very central in the Eastern part of Berlin, in Mitte. The closest metro station is Rosenthaler Platz (Metro Line 8). If you want to (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) the street to get an idea of the location, search for Linienstraße. It has a bathroom (with waching machine), kitchen, living room and bed room.
There is also internet-access in the flat.
Interaction with guests
If it is your first time in Berlin, I am happy to give you some tips about nice places to visit!
Other things to note
The apartment is perfect for a couple. But please be aware that if you are planning a party vacation in Berlin, this is unfortunately not the right place for you. We are treating each other very respectful and keep the noise level down. Neighbours have kids and are working early in the morning.
I look forward to your message and am happy to answer any open questions!
Smoking in the flat is an absolutely No Go. But I don’t mind if you are sitting at the window and keep the smoke outside.
Being conscious about heating use is important to me (saving energy but also costs). Not putting it up super high while having windows open or being out of the apartment.
For the rest, its all about treating the place (where I usually live) respectful.
From Dec 11 - 28, 2017 the minimum stay is 6 nights.
From time to time I am subletting my apartment in which I usually live. I grew up in Berlin and happy to share some tipps what to do in Berlin which you cannot find in mainstream tourist literature. Just tell me a bit about yourself and what you usually like so I can anticipate what you might find interesting.
I value an honest and respectful treatment with my guests. And vice versa. I take the time to prepare the apartment as I would host friends or family. Communication is very important to me and you can expect honest answers to your questions.
As I am leaving strangers into my private place, I appreciate if guests take the time to introduce themselves upfront so I can get a personal touch of them. I don´t treat my guests as random people so I don´t want to be treated like an anonymous hotel.
