The space
The ever-changing panoramic views can be effortless enjoyed from the open plan living space, including kitchenette, spacious dining and lounge room, which open through sliding glass doors onto a large outdoor paved patio and garden setting. Neighbourhood highlights

The neighborhood is great for fishing, boating, walking and swimming with close proximity to many beaches and public bus transport runs right past our door servicing Dodges Ferry to Hobart CBD. There is a lovely walking track along our waterfront stretching from the Lewisham Boat Ramp to beach areas of Dodges Ferry. How far into Dodges Ferry you can walk depends on the tide.

My husband Mario and I both work part time and feel very fortunate to be living in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. We love Tasmania and enjoy bushwalking, boating, good music, food and wine. I am a passionate gardener and also have a lovely black cat named Sushi. We love to tour and explore areas around Tasmania and other states of Australia as well as a number of overseas destinations. Your accommodation is a guest suite located on the lower level of our beautiful home. We hope you will be impressed with the tranquility of the surrounding gardens and stunning water and mountain views from your suite.
