Sheepfold Annex is a spacious eco-friendly barn. It's highly insulated with triple glazing, MVHR ventilation system and solar powered hot water. It is an open plan living space, surrounded by farmland with beautiful views of North Cornwall. Located in a small hamlet just in land from the stunning coastline of Bedruthan Steps. Nearby are family friendly beaches Mawgan Porth, Porthcothan & Watergate Bay.

It's a very quiet, rural setting with sea views over the fields with amazing sunsets.

The entrance opens into a light filled hallway. At the far end is the light open-plan living space with the kitchen/dining room and relaxing lounge. The room has large glass windows which floods the space with natural light. Access to the terrace is from this area. There is a flat screen TV, sofa, Wifi, dining table for 6 and a well equipped kitchen.

The main double bedroom with fitted wardrobe in next to the open plan area. Then there is the separate large twin bed room also with a fitted wardrobe.

The final room is the family bathroom with walk in shower, basin and wc.

Once outside the patio doors you will find a private terrace and large lawn looking towards farm land, Bedruthan Steps and the sea. The garden is fenced, with a barbecue area and garden furniture for you to enjoy Al fresco dining.

Outside the Sheepfold Annex.
There is parking for two cars at the front of the property. This is a shared parking area with the Sheepfold barn conversion next door.

Other things to note
The building has a MVHR ventilation system that extracts stale air from a building and resupplies fresh, filtered air back in resulting in a comfortable and condensation free environment all year round.

The building in on one level with a walk in shower.

There is a footpath across the fields that leads to the dramatic coastline; Porth Mear, a great rock pool area for kids is accessed across boardwalks through a wetland conservation area.
Head north to Porthcothan Beach and south is the beautiful Bedruthan Steps.
A short walk round the lanes is St Eval Candle factory and outlet shop which is well worth a visit.
