The brand new villa was designed by a renowned French architect. You will feel like you are at the end of the world, while being only a few minutes from the village of Elounda. It has many terraces equipped with adjustable pergolas and breathtaking views of Spinalonga Island, Mirabello Bay and the Sitia Mountains. The bay windows allow you to enjoy this incredible landscape and give the impression of sailing on the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea.
The space
The house offers all the comforts of a 5-star hotel with perfect insulation (acoustic and thermal) and a very functional plan guaranteeing privacy and tranquility for everyone. It is organized into three distinct wings (two on the upper floor and one on the lower floor), each wing comprising 2 bedrooms. Thus, the villa can easily accommodate three families. Each of the 6 bedrooms has its own shower/bathroom and offers an incredible view of Spinalonga Island or the beautiful bay of Elounda.
For those who want to stay fit, you can enjoy a fully equipped gym, while watching the news or listening to music. The villa is also equipped with a movie theater with incredible sound and image quality. For music lovers, the house has Sonos speakers in all rooms and around the pool. Finally, for families with young children, we have all the necessary equipment (umbrella beds, high chairs, baby cook...)
