A peaceful hideaway for two on Leith Hill in the Surrey Hills AONB countryside. Detached and within its own garden. Located on a quiet lane surrounded by fields with miles of footpaths and bridleways. The Barn is recently converted and heated. It has a king-size bed & Smart TV, bathroom with underfloor heating & walk-in shower, kitchen inc cooking facilities, table & sofa. Complimentary breakfast of cereal and juice, coffee and tea. Towels included. Walking distance of local pub/restaurant.

The space
Recently converted, this tranquil barn is surrounded by open fields and a vineyard. It is situated at the foot of Leith Hill in the Surrey Hills AONB and enjoys its own garden with amazing rural views. We have created this space for those looking for a little relaxation - but have included contemporary 'essentials' including internet, coffee machine and Smart TV (for use with your own Netflix/Amazon etc subscription) . You can walk to the local pub for dinner or visit a pub in one of the lovely villages in the area.

Guest access
Parking for one car in private parking bay. There is no access to the host's driveway or garden.

Other things to note
Breakfast is a choice of cereals and fruit juice. We recommend that you shop for any other food you may need before arriving as the nearest food store is 5 miles away.
We have bike wash facilities and can recommend both road and mountain biking routes in the area.
