Hi, our names are Bryan and Katryn. Our beautiful historic home has been renovated with all new home decor and is only 2 blocks from Marietta Square. This two bedroom home can sleep up to 8 people with the fold out couch in the TV / Living room just off of the amazing sun porch. Come stay in our extremely clean and well maintained home away from home. Quiet, safe, plenty of free parking on the street with a door keypad lock for the easiest access. We hope to meet you soon.

Historic home is located within easy walking distance of desired shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, museums and more!
This historic home was built over 100 years ago. 
The spacious yet comfortable home is fitted with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, living room with a flat-screen TV, dining room, sunroom, and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, a microwave,
a fridge and an oven.
First bedroom offers an antique queen bed with the comforts of hotel quality linens, small flat screen tv, and a feathered chaise for taking afternoon tea
and a good read. Enter the ensuite bathroom through French doors to reveal a romantic soaking tub.
The second bedroom has antique twin brass beds and a full size brass bed to accommodate up to 4 persons.
An additional bathroom has spacious walk in shower with bench. Marble and vintage accent features throughout.
The living room has a pull out couch for further accommodations.
The French windowed sunroom offers an idyllic setting for morning coffee with views of the front garden.
Fancy yourself an artist? Take to the art supplies provided and paint the charming view just outside the windows.
Painting not to your taste, enjoy the quiet neighborhood from the bricked patio arbour with outdoor seating.
Eat alfresco on the bistro tables, or roast marshmallow from the fire pit.
However you seek to relax, we hope you enjoy your stay in our little corner of the world.

This 112 year old vacation home is situated in the
Whitlock Avenue Historic District in Marietta, Georgia which is an 82-acre historic district listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. The listing included 101 contributing buildings.
The neighborhood lends itself to an array of beautiful homes with various styles from Greek Revival antebellum times to 1930's Bungalow/Craftsman style.
The more important works include the Reid House, at
96 Whitlock Avenue, designed by Neel Reid (1885–1926) and the Maxwell House, at 134 McDonald Street, designed by G.L. Norman.
The area is a pleasure to walk and explore the architectural gems.
The 1840's era town square is a 5 minute walk filled with shops, dining and entertainment.
Enjoy ice cream, coffee and other treats in the park or take in one of the many restaurants along the streets.

Two theaters host plays, movies and other events that are sure to entertain.
