Living here is a great blend of the new and the old. Enjoy free Verizon FIOS fiber internet while living in an incredible historically preserved building with 5 star hotel level service (minus the maid service of a hotel) available a mere one block from the stock exchange and within a few minutes of the Freedom Tower/ 9/11 memorial.
The bathroom is gigantic for an apartment this size and include a mini office and deep soaking tub. I provide necessary toiletry items and a hair drier.
This is a luxurious fully furnished studio [large 650 sq ft] located in the exclusive Cipriani Club Residences, situated in the hip and happening Downtown Financial District. The magnificent, historic building is classic Beaux-Arts masterpiece which was designed by Isaiah Rogers and doubled in size by McKim, Mead & White, architects of New York's most cherished landmarks, such as the Pierpont Morgan Library, The Harvard Club and The University Club.
This is one of the best studios in the building as it is both bright and quiet. It has two large windows in the main room as well as in the bathroom with pleasant south facing light and it faces the inner courtyard instead of the noisy street. The apartment is decorated in Italian sleek and modern style. The elegantly concealed kitchen is fully appointed with top of the line appliances. Relax in the deep soaking tub of the massive Spa-like bathroom.
Guests have access to Library and Gym amenities with my access card. It is very important not to lose it.
Other things to note
Sunday and very late in the day arrivals can be problematic. Make sure to let me know if you desire something like that well in advance.
This is a very upscale building and one must respect the staff and condominium rules. Nothing is to be moved in the house. The integrity of the floors, furniture, paint job and keeping the draperies clean is crucial.
Ask me about pets. Definitely no lions, tigers or bears -- we don't want to cause anyone in the building to say 'Oh my'.
