A very spacious room on the ground floor of a bungalow. The room has a private entrance and a brand new en-suite bathroom. Free parking is available for up to two cars for guests.

The room has a mini fridge, microwave and kettle. Tea and coffee will be provided.

Please be mindful that we don't offer the use of kitchen or any other part of the house.

Sutton high street is only two minutes walk away with plenty of dining and takeaway options, Sainsbury's , ASDA and Tesco Extra.

The space
If you book for more than a week then we can get the room hoovered on request by our robotic hoover.

If you book for more than two weeks then we'll try to arrange a cleaner every two/three weeks.

If you book for more than 1 month then you are welcome to use the washer/dryer once every week. Just let us know two days in advance.

Please don't use outside shoes on the carpet. A large landing mat and a shoe rack has been provided for outdoor shoes. House slippers have been provided for use on carpet.
