Great two-bedroom apartment facing south with frontal sea views, on the third floor of block B of the well-known Skol Building located on the beachfront in the center of Marbella.

The space
The block has two elevators and access to the apartment is by stairs, inside the apartment there are no stairs is all on the same level. apartment includes: spacious living room with flat-screen TV, dining area with sea views for 4 people and access to the terrace. Fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, hob, dishwasher and everything needed for your meals preapration. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobe and the window is facing North. Second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and has a window overlooking the street. Complete bathroom with shower

This apartment has its own wifi, international channels and air conditioning throughout the apartment.
The Skol Building has a 24h/7d reception with free Wi-Fi, three communal swimming pools, one of them for children, direct access to the promenade and a seasonal open-air cafe in the gardens. The location of this complex is privileged on the beachfront in the center of Marbella, surrounded by all services such as restaurants, Marina, where you can enjoy the different water activities offered, bus and taxi stops, supermarkets, Tourist Office, so the car is not necessary at all.
We have parking spaces from € 15 / day according to season and according to length of stay.
Electricity, hot water, bed linen, bath towels and beach / pool towels are included in the rental price.

Marbella’s famous Skol Building (Edificio Skol) was the first building of its type in Marbella. Designed by renowned Modern Movement architect Manuel Jaén, it opened in 1963 as an apart-hotel but now comprises 3 wings of privately-owned apartments. The building encloses on three sides, large and beautiful, sub-tropical, private gardens opening onto the famous sandy beach of Marbella. The location is unique, as it is right in the heart of Marbella, so the Marbella Port, town centre and the historic quarter (Casco Antiguo) are all very easily accessible by walking and a car is definitely not required.
