The perfect place to escape the everyday and recharge your body and mind. This stunning intracoastal dream has large porches, great for lounging and enjoying a lazy afternoon. It is perfectly located to be able to stroll to the beach and to bask in the sunset views over the golf course and the waterway!

Built with a bit of a Mediterranean flair! The house has an open concept; the layout is perfect for entertaining friends, families or bachelorettes enjoying what Charleston has to offer.

And because they are part of the family too:) potty trained dogs allowed. $100 fee per pet. (up to 2)

If you want to break a sweat, use the fully equipped gym, infrared sauna, or login into your account on the PELOTON bike. A separate game room allows for the entire group to enjoy different activities around the house. it has a pool table and a Foosball table.

What about a round of golf? the house is right on the golf course. The World-renowned Wild Dunes resort has two championship 18-hole golf courses.

We venture to say that ALL the beds are some of the best you have ever rested on!
3 exceptionally large bedrooms, each with a private bath, a king bed, and a twin day bed and twin trundle. For a total of 3 king size beds and 6 single beds.

There is one master suite on the first floor, with access to a porch under oak trees. The top floor features two master suites. One is a sumptuous room, with large glass doors that open up to a spacious deck with an outdoor tub. Romantic evenings can be spent there, overlooking the sunset or the stars with a glass or a bottle of wine :) This is what sweet dreams and honeymoons are made of.

Parking for 4 vehicles plus additional off street parking available.
All stays include an initial supply of linens and towels, beach towels and chairs, washer and dryer, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans. WIFI and smart ROKU TVs in all rooms, We provide Netflix access.

There are motion activated flood lights with video outside the house for your safety.

The home is RIGHT around the corner from IOP recreation center which offers dog park, playground, soccer and basketball courts, and a toddler's park. It is close to great dining and the Mt. Pleasant's Towne Centre which has great shopping, the area's movie theater, ice cream shops and lots of other types of entertainment. It is just 12 miles north of historic Charleston. It is also a short ride away from the Isle of Palms Marina for a full-service Marina with boat rentals & charters.
