Room in a home

Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
You will enter Branch Room from the back of the house. Inside the room you will find a queen bed, dresser, desk, TV, large fridge, linens. There is a 3 piece bathroom (with shower) next to your bedroom. The vanity has two sinks, one for you and one for the other guest. In the hallway is a full kitchen with accessories as well as a washer and dryer. (Please provide your own liquid laundry detergent.)

The space
You can feel relaxed and welcome in this beautiful home within a quiet neighbourhood. It is situated in the south end of Red Deer. The home faces a grassy/treed area within the cul-de-sac which provides beautiful scenery as well as plenty of parking. The Westerner and Centrium, banks, malls, multiple restaurants and coffee shops, Wal-Mart, Home Depot etc. are within walking distance. Bike paths are on the other side of one row of houses to the east. Bus stops are close to the home.

Guest access
To access your room you will enter through the back door of the house with the code that will be sent to you. Once inside the home, please find 'Branch Room' and enter the door with your code. The washroom, hallway kitchenette and the washer and dryer are shared with one or two other people. You may reach Wynn or Neil at any time through the Airbnb app.

During your stay
As much as possible we like to meet our guests. We do not live in the home but are regularly there. After your booking is confirmed we will do our best to meet you once you have arrived.

I love my neighbourhood! My home is situatedclose with one of the largest grassy/treed areas in South Red Deer. This area is great for throwing a Frisbee, football or snowball! The circular curb allows ample parking. The neighbourhood is established and quiet.
