Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway, Parks Edge is a charming community 10 minutes from Old Town Park City (Main Street) and the ski slopes. Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this home is perfect for a getaway during any season of the year! With 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1500 square feet, it sleeps 8 people perfectly.

This new, rustically decorated two-level townhome is perfectly designed for small groups and families. Special care and consideration has been taken in the décor and lighting throughout the home. On the main level, a gorgeous, cozy living room with a 55” HD Smart TV awaits you. There’s plenty of seating, a ceiling fan, a gas fireplace, and access to a balcony (with a hammock and GORGEOUS views).

The dining area has a large table with seating for eight. It’s located right next to the deluxe kitchen. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you’ll need for a meal at home are featured there. There are dishes, glassware, silverware, baking pans, pots, frying pans, a blender, coffee maker, juicer, and Soda Stream available for your use.

The main level also has a bedroom with triple twin bunk bed (3 twins) and a twin air mattress. There’s a full bathroom (shower only) right outside the bedroom.

Upstairs, you’ll find TWO beautiful Master Suites. The first one has a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, 40” HD Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and shower. The second one also has a King-sized bed and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There’s a full-size HE Washer and Dryer located in a closet upstairs as well. No need to worry about wet clothes!

The entire home has central air-conditioning for the warmer summer months, heat for the winter, FREE Wifi, DirecTV, and much more! A DVR, Netflix, and Amazon Movies are available on both TVs. There are also board games and cards. Linens and towels are provided as well as blankets and pillows.

The garage has room for one vehicle and there’s also plenty of neighborhood parking for any extra cars. To enter the home, you must go up a flight of stairs from the garage.

This townhome is right across from the clubhouse (you can see the pool from the front door). The clubhouse has a heated outdoor pool (open in summer only), a hot tub (open year-round), a theater room, pool table, gym/work-out room, full kitchen, and a private meeting room. All can be used on a first-come, first-served basis.

Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Hospitality App, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.
