We are right in the center, University neighborhood (Malasaña), one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Madrid, which allows you to enjoy the city on foot. A few steps from metroTribunal and a 7 minutes walking from Chueca or Gran Vía.
The room is interior, it overlooks a nice and quiet corrala (traditional patio), without street noise.
The living room and the kitchen are at your entire disposal. We are always out and about people, but keep in mind that you come to live with very sociable people

There are no free parking areas in the center of Madrid. It is much better to leave your car in Ciudad Universitaria or Madrid Río and forget about it during your stay in the city.

We only offer a room on very specific days or periods of the year and at an affordable price; and we do this to cover expenses and due we like to welcome people into our homes and give them a friendly and family-like treatment. The same kind of place we like to go to when we're travellers. I wish in Airbnb had more of these spaces, shared houses, where the guest helps us with expenses and at the same time you get to know the people who live in their home. I also say this because if you are an unsocial person, this is not a good place for you. For us it is quite uncomfortable to receive guests who do not speak, do not say hello, are not even able to look you in to your eyes, etc...
And if it is possible, express you in person when you will here, not on the airbnb chat (look incredible, but many people do it).
If your stay is going to be short, you will only be passing through, or if you will travel late on the day of your departure, you can leave your luggage at home as much as you need after departure time; but you can NEVER bring luggage BEFORE check-in time.

I am quite a sociable person. If we meet up in Granada, I'd love to show you some interesting and beautiful places in the city. I like to walk and observe, enjoying architecture and nature. And, as I've already been able to do with some who came before you, share a route through the natural areas surrounding the city of Granada.
I hope that whoever comes to this house isn't looking for anything like a hotel. If that's the case, I recommend that you look for somewhere else to stay. I'm making this very clear so that no one is surprised, expecting something else. When I travel, all I care about is a comfortable bed, clean sheets and a hot shower. Everything else in terms of material things is not important to me, simply because I easily adapt to the order and cleanliness of the places I stay. Above all, it's about meeting and spending time with nice people in the house I go to; and frankly, that's the kind of people I think should come to this home. This house is located in a magnificent and lively area and inside, it is quiet; but it is a shared apartment that is not perfect; here there are no amenities like those of the hotels or other Airbnbs that have made this just a business. You come to a house with very sociable people; so beyond being good hosts, what we hope is that you will feel like a true flatmate during your stay.
