Just two blocks from popular downtown restaurants and shops and a ten-minute stroll to Lake Michigan (or use the bikes we provide). Nearby attractions include golf pickleball, strolling beautiful beaches, climbing dunes, or simply relaxing at the beach. Ludington State Park (a Pure Michigan treasure) is a ten-minute drive.

The space

Designed with your comfort in mind, this delightful retreat offers comfy beds, cozy linens, and a large deck space for morning coffee, dining, or star gazing. A gas grill for flipping burgers, a coffee bar featuring local coffee, and a fully equipped kitchen if you are in the mood for cooking.

Bikes are provided (5) for tooling around town or to Ludington State Park.
Beach towels and blankets are provided, so you don't have to pack yours.

A beach wagon for toting all kinds of stuff (including the kiddos) to the beach. Are you interested in trying pickleball or disc golf? Both are close by, and we have the equipment for you. A Rainy day? No worries, curl up under a fluffy throw (washed for each guest) and grab a book from our library or watch Apple TV with Netflix. Challenge your friends and family to one of our board games in the living room.

The house is yours for your stay. Currently, the garage is filled with bikes and such so there is no room for parking.

Other things to note
No Smoking of any kind.

A few quirks of the house itself.....the doors are original to the house and don't close or lock perfectly.

Parking is available directly in front of the house (two spots) or in front of the garage which is located on the side of the house.

The garage does not have an opener.

We have a brand new heating and cooling system in the home but because of the age of the house upstairs was not cooling comfortably. We have added window units in the bedrooms.
