The room is used only for the guest.
No smoking in the room and the others areas of the house.
If the passenger breaks or spoiled something, a charge will be added to your account.
Check in time: 2:00 p.m
Check out time: 12:00 p.m
Do not use high volume after 10:00 p.m
Use the kitchen before 9:00p.m
Turn on the hot water 1 hour before used and then turn off.
Be careful with the keys and close the doors well.
Keep the kitchen clean
Remember always to check the switch control of the gas.
