The space
* Dedicated & Private Guest Area *
Your two bedrooms offer direct access to the saltwater pool. The large bedroom has a king-size bed and a spacious attached bathroom with a relaxing tub. If needed, an extra bed can be provided here. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a bathroom conveniently located next door. Both rooms have quality mattresses, washable duvet covers, AC, fans, modern instant geysers, and ambience lights.

* Homely Breakfast and Kitchen Amenities *
Begin your day with a complementary simple and homely breakfast. We offer both Indian and Western options and happily cater to your wishes.
Adjacent to your room, find a counter equipped with a fridge, filtered water, coffee maker, kettle, and tea. For baby food preparation our indoor kitchen is available.

* Food Options *
Enjoy dining in the open air next to the pool. You'll have your own fridge to store personal items, and convenient delivery services like Zomato and Uber are easily available. We also offer home-cooked lunch at extra cost.

* Children *
While we welcome families with open arms, we advise that the pool is not fenced and is 4-5 feet deep. Some steps and other areas are not toddler-proof. Our property may not be suitable for active small children who cannot swim.
We offer handy children's items, like water floaters, toys, games, a travel cot, high chairs, cycles and more. Just ask, and we'll happily provide.

Guest access
* Hospitality and Privacy *
Upon arrival, you'll find our villa divided into three parts. Our own home is on the right, while on the left the first floor is occupied by our mother's apartment. The left side ground floor area is exclusively yours, featuring a lounge area, a dining area, a garden, the pool and, of course, the two bedrooms & bathrooms. We only take one booking per time, so there are no other guests during your stay.

* Convenience and Accessibility *
We have basement parking for easy access, especially for those who can't use stairs. Our lift will bring you to the ground floor making our villa wheelchair-friendly. Ample outside parking is available on the road as well.

During your stay
Our villa is managed by Ganesh, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Suresha keeps our home clean and helps out with many other things.

Please note that we have two cats. They might try and enter the bedrooms, so please be aware of that. They will surely appreciate your attention and affection.

We (Srinath & Janneke) are often not there, as we are either in the Netherlands or traveling. We do occasionally have other family members staying inside our home, who will be mindful to give you your full privacy.

We cherish families who treat our home as if it were their own. Our goal is to provide a serene and welcoming environment, so parties are not allowed.

* No TV *
Please note that the guest rooms are not equipped with TV’s.

With stays longer than a week, we would like to have a call with you to ensure expectations are aligned.
