Unwind in a truly unique private cottage built with rammed earth, stone, and timber sourced from this hundred acre homestead in the Sierra Nevada Foothills.

Explore miles of wooded trails, a completely secluded private swimming hole on the middle fork of the Mokelumne River, and our small family farm.

Our family lives on the property but there are no other neighbors in sight. Relax and recharge in this one of a kind hand-crafted home in the woods.

The space
Beautiful rammed earth walls made with red clay from the ranch, hand-milled wood, and unique touches everywhere make this home truly singular. The detached master bedroom is a romantic suite with views of the oak and pine forest. In the main house a hobbit-sized door and a loft will enchant your kids or friends.

The cottage also includes private outdoor space with a fire pit, BBQ, porch swings and cornhole boards.
