Our apartment is a 60 sqm on a two floor building fully new renovated with one bedroom and one double bedsofa to sleep on.
30 metres from Megalli Ammos beach and 10 minutes walking distance approximately away from the center of Skiathos.
In a very small distance you can find a lot of restaurants and taverns with live music , fast food stores , super markets, bar and also boat ,car and Moto rental businesses

The space
The great location of the house allows you to forget about renting a car since it is an 10 minutes Walk from the city center and less than half minute fro the beach, you can just grab your bag and literally walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Megali Ammos.
Note, the couple who leaves on the ground floor loves cats and takes care of the homeless cats of the area and for that reason it might be a couple of very friendly cats in your way walking up the stairs.
