You will be staying within 1.5 hours drive from Milan and within 1 hour from the Swiss Alps. At The Minimal House you can truly take in the view, relax and experience Switzerland in all its beauty.

The property is located on a quiet street in front of Lake Lugano and includes a maisonette house with terrace, a balcony and a private parking space. On the ground floor there is one bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace. On the first floor you will find an open space kitchen/dining room and a large balcony overlooking the terrace.
The property has a modern look, which combined with the location provides a relaxing atmosphere for anyone wishing to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

In general Ticino is known for its natural beauty, its lakes, hiking trails, the Merlot wine produced in the south and the many cultural heritage sites spread across the region.
