**Additional discounts for 60 & 90 day stays** In addition to a professional cleaning, our townhome - with garage - is vacant at least 24 hours prior to your arrival to ensure peace-of-mind of a COVID-free space. This is our PRIMARY residence so it's truly a 'home away from home' with more comforts than a hotel or short-term rental. It's bright, quiet, clean, "green" and central to major attractions. Read the description below for all the juicy details!

The space
We LOVE living right next to the 15+ mile greenbelt where we ride our bikes to the library, grocery store, cafes, shops, restaurants, parks, pubs/bars, and just about everything! It's also wonderful being a 10 minute drive to seemingly everything else (20 minutes to the PHX Airport)! We truly are located in 'Central Scottsdale'. Nearby popular local attractions include:

*Salt River Fields Spring Training (baseball; February/March)
*Historic Old Town (art galleries, restaurants, boutique shops)
*LOTS of golf courses and the Waste Management PGA Phoenix Open in January/February
*West World event center (i.e. the Barrett Jackson Auto Auction in January, the Polo Event in November and various Equestrian Events year-round)
*Talking Stick Resort and Casino
*McDowell Mountains for hiking and biking, including Gateway Trailhead

We have chosen to be a pet-free, shoe-free, 'green' and organic household. That means our home is friendly to allergy and asthma sufferers. Our home is hard floors throughout (laminate and tile), we launder, clean, and supply the condo with (mostly) eco-friendly and organic products. We provide natural fiber (i.e. 100% cotton) linens and towels. There is recycling on the premises.

You'll be staying in a lovingly cared for, clean, quiet and cozy townhome. If you don't see something in the pics or listing that you're interested in having during your stay, please toss us a message.

GENERAL:
You'll gain initial access through self-checkin at the front door. We work from home so we appreciate the importance of having/providing high-speed wireless internet. It makes remote working and/or streaming Netflix on our SmartTV a breeze (sorry, we don't have 'live' cableTV).

GARAGE:
You'll have a remote control for access to the garage so your car is safe from the sun's relentless rays. NOTE: Will not fit oversized vehicles or trucks. The front-load LG washer and dryer are available for your use.

KITCHEN:
Dishes, cutlery, and basic set of pots and pans and kitchen utensils are available, as is a stove, oven, countertop toaster/oven, full size fridge and dishwasher. Coffee maker, french press, and espresso machine are available for use too!

DEN:
Step down into our front-room den. Enjoy reading a book by the window, taking in the view of the front yard, and the occasional neighbor out for a stroll. Or be entertained by our SmartTV that offers access to Netflix, GooglePlay, Amazon Prime Video, and so much more (sorry, no 'live' cable TV)!

MASTER:
A KING size bed with an eco-friendly mattress dominates the master bedroom. Feel free to access your own patio via the sliding door. A dresser and plenty of hangers are available in the closet. Enjoy the spacious counter space and double-sinks in the master bathroom!

GUEST:
A comfy queen-sized bed with latex topper makes up the guest room, with matching dresser, chest-on-chest, and nightstands so your guests (or you if you so choose!) have plenty of spaciousness and comfort.

OUTDOORS:
Enjoy sitting in the grassy front yard, or walk across and lounge at the community pool. Want a bit more privacy? In addition to the master's private patio, enjoy the backyard covered patio just off the kitchen. Our north/south facing townhome means it receives sun in the winter and shade in the summer. Sit out with coffee or tea in the morning and listen to the bird song (and be visited by a hummingbird or two!). Look to the left over the backyard gate and you'll see the intersection and the Greenbelt trail!

A safe, *quiet* neighborhood with a community pool. Neighbors are a mix of retirees and middle aged families with children. There's also the Maricopa multi-purpose path steps away, and a local convenience market and restaurant around the corner.

Our neighborhood is central to just about everything! Walking distance to Sprouts (grocery), Chipotle, Starbucks, local restaurants, and so much more (check out the area on Google Maps!). You'll love our central location whether you want to shop, golf, hike, bike, swim, play at the casino, go to spring training games or anything in between. Top rated restaurants, bars, golf courses and shopping abound. Popular places include Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Fashion Square, and Old Town Scottsdale. Visitors can also enjoy the nearby entertainment attractions of Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, Butterfly Wonderland, OdySea Aquarium, TopGolf, and Talking Stick Casino - all of the above is reachable within a 10-15 minute drive.

Similarly, if you're here for an event like the Barrett-Jackson, Phoenix Open, or Spring Training at Salt River Fields, you'll appreciate our convenient location; Uber/Lyft is an easy option for around $12.

The outdoorsy types can partake in hiking/biking the trails at McDowell Mountain Gateway (to name one of numerous options), or enjoy running, walking, or biking along the popular and beautiful 20-mile Indian Bend Wash/Scottsdale Greenbelt (just steps from our front door!) which is part of the valley-wide Maricopa Trail.
