Fully renovated in 2019 with many original features retained. Tenby is a charming seaside town and a iconic Welsh holiday destination. The house is a 4 mins walk to North beach ramp and around 10 minutes to Castle beach, the Sunday Times 2019 best UK beach. If you want to explore the beaches and coastal paths then relax in the evening in one of the many restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours or coffee shops, Tenby is the place for you. The kitchen is fully equipped and Sainsburys is 3min away.

The space
Large town house with many traditional features, painted white throughout. Stone and wood flooring downstairs and carpet covers the 1st and 2nd floor. High ceilings and stairs, so fit kids normally get to hideout on the 2nd floor. Small patio seating areas to the front and rear. The parking spaces in front of the property are for residents only, so fine for pick up and drop off, however the Tenby Railway station car park is at the end of the street and a weekly ticket is around £15. Or South Beach Car Park is around £25 per week. Pembrokeshire is a stunning place to explore, however everything is in walking distance from the house should you wants a break from the car. While Tenby is a very busy town but Warren street is quiet, there are no issues with noisy seagulls, church bells or trains especially with the modern double glazing. An office is avaialble for professionals but this must be requested beforehand.

Other things to note
This house is our family's pride and joy and we want guests to love staying in and respect the house as much as we do. The property was fully renovated in 2019 however retains some great original features. No dogs are allowed apart from small hypoallergenic breeds.
