Modern furnished apartment in our detached house. Close to nature on the outskirts with a unique distant view over the Salemertal and the Alps.
This is a one-room apartment with approx. 55 m² of living space and sleeping accommodations for up to 3 people (or 2 adults and max. 2 small children)
Access to the apartment is barrier-free and at ground level via a separate entrance.

The space
The apartment consists of a hallway, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, living/bedroom and a cozy dining area

In the sleeping area there is a large comfort bed (180 × 200). For a possible third person, the couch can be converted into a sofa bed.

In the kitchen is a large fridge with freezer compartment, induction stovetop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (please bring coffee beans), kettle, toaster, etc.

The bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink and a mirror cabinet. Barrier free.

Partially covered terrace is furnished and offers enough space to relax and enjoy. An umbrella and reclining chair are provided as well as a gas and kettle grill.

Arrival between 3 pm and 6 pm (or by appointment)

The municipality of Frickingen charges in the period from April 1 April to 15th October, a local tourist tax of €1.50 per day per person from 16 years. This tourist tax is not included in the booking price.
