Our cosy mountain valley guesthouse is located in Samgyo-ri, Jumunjin-eup, Gangneung-si (778-60 Sinrichen-ro).
It takes 10–15 minutes by car to Jumunjin Terminal, Jumunjin Port, Yeongjin Beach, Jumunjin Hanaro Mart and Yeongok Hanaro Mart, 20 minutes to Yeongok Beach, and around 10–15 minutes to the Samhyungje Peak hiking trail. Situated in the mountains, the accommodation is not only quiet but also offers a relaxing stay, where you can enjoy the mountain atmosphere accompanied by the sound of the stream flowing in front of the guesthouse, the chirping of birds, and the tranquillity of the mountains.
In the summer, you can enjoy exciting water play by the stream in front of the accommodation. You can use the daybed under the bridge at any time, and we also lend out parasols free of charge. How about a quiet break away from the crowded tourist spots?^^
The space
This property, built in 2019, is a 15-pyeong (approx. 49 m²) accommodation comprising 1 bedroom, 1 living room, a kitchen, and 1 bathroom. The maximum occupancy is four adults, and one infant can be added. (Children aged 8 and over are treated in the same way as adults.)
This is a guesthouse run by my parents for their retirement after they returned to their hometown, so you can ask them for anything you need straight away.
Guest access
Air conditioning, heating, hot water, and water pressure are all equipped without any problems, and the blankets are replaced periodically. The windows are equipped with blinds for privacy.

Kitchen: 4-person dining table, fridge, gas stove, microwave, electric pressure rice cooker, electric kettle, 1-hole highlight, cutting board, tableware, tableware, pot, frying pan, kitchen utensils, pot holder, kitchen detergent
Room: Blanket and mattress, pillow, built-in closet, hanger
Bathroom: soap, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, towel, tissue paper
Barbecue is not allowed indoors, but is available in the front yard. Barbecue grills, tongs, and scissors are available for free. You only need to buy charcoal to use. ^ ^
In spring and summer (available until August), you can pick the crops (peppers, lettuce, perilla leaves, cucumbers, etc.) grown in the garden.
Especially in summer, you can have fun playing in the water in the front stream. You can lie on the ground under the shade and enjoy a cool breeze and a nap.
Seasonings and spices for cooking are not provided separately, so please prepare what you need.
Food and other garbage can be disposed of at the separate collection area next to the barbecue area upon departure.

** Things to keep in mind **
1. No smoking in the accommodation.
2. No pets are allowed.
3. Please refrain from making excessive noise at night.
4. Candle events and parties are not allowed.
5. When checking out, please wash the dishes, dispose of food waste, and do a simple garbage separation. (There is a separate collection area next to the barbecue area.)
**Services provided upon request**
1. If you need laundry, you can use the washing machine in the house upon request.
