Spacious and well outfitted basement apartment with queen bed, private attached bath, and private entrance in a bright country home in a quiet wooded cul-de-sac of Glen Allen, with quick access to the highways. Come relax by the fireplace, cook a meal, rest, or take in the fresh air in the spacious backyard.

The apartment is connected to the main part of the home by a door at the top of the stairs. This door remains locked at all times from both sides, only accessible by housekeeping.

This is a very quiet wooded neighborhood right behind Glover Park. Occasionally sporting events at the park can be heard from the home, but most of the time it's so peaceful, you might think you are far out in the countryside.
