This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Perfect home for a family, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on a quiet street, and only 8 minute walk away from beautiful Papamoa Beach.

Our home is perfect for a sports team or group for AIMS Games; or a family wanting a getaway beach house for xmas / new years, Easter or Labour weekend.

We have everything you'll need for that perfect summer getaway: close to beach, Outdoor deck for BBQ's & drinks, kids play space, trampoline, etc.

The space
Our family home has 3 bedrooms and a rumpus room, with 2 queen beds, a double bunk and a king single bed.
The lounge is massive with a high ceiling and a comfy couch which acts as another bed if needed.

FOR AIMS GAMES GROUPS ONLY - We can accommodate up to 14 people.
Our double garage will act as a sleep-out for the kids. We can provide 6 mattresses to lay down in the garage and you can bring your own if more are required.
This means the adults/supervisors will have their own bedrooms & kids are in a spacious, separate sleeping area.

There is even a bare section across the road for the kids to safely run wild close to home.

AIMS GAMES - 5 minute drive to TrustPower Arena (avoiding the main highway, so no traffic).
13 minute drive (without traffic) to Blake Park

The beach is an 8 minute walk away.
5 minute walk away is the Waterford Downs Reserve and playground.
10 minute walk away is the Goodholme Pub / Restaurant, a Fresh Choice supermarket and the Pearl Kitchen Cafe & Eatery.
Our house is a 5 minute drive to Bayfair Shopping Mall in one direction or Papamoa Plaza & Fashion Island in the other direction.
Mt Maunganui & Main Beach is roughly 15 minute drive & Tauranga CBD is approximately 20 minute drive away.

Our house is 2 minutes away from the start of the 6km long Wairakei reserve which is great for walks and bike rides.

I am a Bay of Plenty boy through and through, growing up in Whakatane but now living in the Tauranga area with my wife Lucy, son Charlie and daughter Goldie. We are laid back, home bodies who enjoy life at the beach. Though we still like to get amongst adventures every now and then! Over the years, we have traveled a lot and stayed in many AirBnB's all around the world. We LOVE our home in Papamoa too, so we figure why not share it so others can enjoy it too! Make a request if you would like stay in our home on our available dates. Typically available and suitable for a long stay over AIMS Games, Xmas / New Years, Easter & Labour Weekend
