Bidwell Park and central Chico are at your doorstep. Walk right in the park on the bike trail 30 feet from your unit. You can link up with tons of trails whether walking or biking. Enjoy the year round creek directly behind you. A bike ride from your place to downtown is only 6 minutes. Other close by attractions are Caper Acres, One Mile (Sycamore) pool, and 5 mile pool. The mall, shopping and restaurants are super close as well. Jump on the freeway in 30 seconds to get anywhere in Chico in about 10 minutes.
