Entire downstairs apartment in a quiet location close to exit 30 off I-90. A short drive to Cooperstown, Herkimer Diamond Mines, NYS bike trail, or the Adirondack park.

Shared driveway with parking for two vehicles in-line, on street parking is also available. Front & back door private entrances. 2 bedrooms, 1 Bath, 1 pull out sofa, 1 pull out twin size bed/chair, & queen size air mattress. Large kitchen/dining area. Smart TVs with available streaming apps, Free high speed WiFi internet.

Enjoy and take advantage of the quiet small community atmosphere to relax. You are a close drive to exit 30 off of I-90 and centrally located between Syracuse, NY & Albany, NY. A short drive (30 min) south on Route 28 to Cooperstown or a trip north on Route 28 to the Herkimer Diamond Mines or the Adirondack Park. If you are looking for a bit more to do you are only 15 mile drive from Utica where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, and other entertainment including the Utica Comets Hockey games.
