Enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. The S Bahn is about 1 minute away and it takes only 22 minutes to get to Stuttgart by train. Perfect motorway connection.

The space
Room 1 consists of only 1 bed. Room 2 consists of 2 single beds. Room 3 consists of a 180cm double bed.
All rooms are fully furnished. Except for room 3, all have a wardrobe.
All rooms have their own sink. DVD TV and a 1000 Wifi line are available to the guest

Guest access
The entire ground floor unit consists of bathroom and kitchen. Unfortunately there is no living room or extra dining room. But as an option, subject to availability, guests can share the living rooms and American kitchens on the upper floor and attic.
A beautiful garden is also available on rare occasions, but only by prior arrangement.

Other things to note
The parking spaces outside the house are not subject to a fee, but unfortunately only limited to 2 hours with a parking disc, which you can always adjust again and again;-) The restriction only applies from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. And Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
A Lidl and Edeka are in the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance.
As well as a pharmacy and several kebab shops.
The Ehninger swimming pool is less than 5 minutes away on foot.
