The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. The rooms were all completely renovated in 2020. The apartment has 3 single rooms, each with 1 bed 90/200 cm, wardrobe and TV.
There is a large kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge and everything that belongs in a kitchen in the apartment. The bathroom has a low-entry shower. We don't have any child-friendly amenities. No official registration at this location. No parties!

Nicely decorated, clean, convenient. Easy to feel good, but no party location.
No mailbox, no apartment provider certificate!

The washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and can be used by all tenants. The drying basement is also available to all tenants.
