Newly renovated house with private room in West San Jose neighborhood, most facilities are brand new, with a private living room share with another room. 3 Miles to eBay, 4 Miles to SCU, Apple and Nvidia, 6 Miles to SJC Airport and San Jose Downtown, 10min to BART. Excellent access to Hwy 280, 85 and 880. Fast WiFi with Netflix on us, large Kitchen and dinning area, laundry room with new washer & dryer . Many restaurants, supermarkets close-by.
