Less than 5 minutes walk from Trevone Bay Beach, White Bay House is perfectly positioned for a luxury coastal retreat. The house sleeps 10 with 5 bedrooms, 3 with en-suites, spread over 3 floors offering flexibility for family stays or stays with friends.
Guests love the combination of luxury, space, a hot tub, and unbeatable location, with the beach quite literally on your doorstep. Whether you are visiting with family, for a coastal adventure or even a golf trip, this house has it all.
The space
The house has an open plan kitchen, living area and dining area with seating for 10, a separate utility room and also a separate snug tv room for extra chill-out space. There's also a large walk-in shower on the ground floor perfect for washing off sand/warming up after a day on the beach. There's a new log burning stove in the living area for cold winter nights and underfloor heating on the ground floor to keep your toes warm too.
The bi-fold doors take you out to the patio which is a great space for bbq's and the added bonus of a log burning hot tub for up to 4 people.
The master bedroom on the top floor is it's own suite with a super-king sized bed, sofa and tv area, Nespresso machine and en-suite bathroom. The perfect getaway from the rest of the family! Bedrooms 2 and 4 also have en-suite bathrooms.
Trevone is one of Cornwall’s hidden gems, loved for its beautiful sandy beach, dramatic coastline, rock pools, and access to the South West Coast Path. From the house, you can easily explore nearby coastal walks, surfing beaches, and fantastic local food spots around Padstow. Whether you want lazy beach days, scenic walks, seafood lunches, or sunset swims, everything is within easy reach.
There's parking for 4 cars on the drive in front of the house.

Trevone Bay is less than 2 miles from Padstow and has two beautiful beaches – one large, sheltered sandy beach and another slightly rockier one. Trevone has a great community all year round with local farm shop, café and surf shop where you can hire surfboards and wetsuits all within a short walk from the house.
The main sandy beach is ideal for surfing, swimming and sandcastle building with the added security of lifeguard cover during the summer months (May to September). The other rockier beach is perfect for rock pooling, crabbing and collecting shells and at low tide, a natural swimming pool appears.
Padstow is a hugely popular town, a historic fishing port which is now home to some of the best restaurants in the area including Rick Stein's seafood restaurant and many many others. It's the perfect place for a stroll around the shops, eat a pasty on the quayside or enjoy a cider at one of the many Harbourside pubs while watching the world go by.
