Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Garden Huts B&B offer a unique place to stay for walkers, cyclists and those exploring the local area. Located in the picturesque village of Rodmell close to the South Downs Way and the home of Virginia Woolf.
Caburn huts are two huts, one bedroom hut with a comfy double bed, seating with tea and coffee making facilities. The second is a bathroom hut with a gorgeous roll top bath. Continental breakfast is provided in the morning.

Guest access
Access to the Shepherds huts is through a gate to the side of the property, the huts are at the bottom of the garden and whilst in my garden you have your own private area. I am around and contactable if needed and more than happy to help with any questions or queries but will respect your privacy.

Other things to note
There is another Shepherds Hut in the garden but they have their own private area.

Neighbourhood highlights

Rodmell is a very pretty village with access to lovely walks, we also have the National Trust property Monks House home to Virginia Woolf. There is also a local pub 'The Abergavenny Arms' which serves delicious locally sourced food, the roast lunch on a Sunday is not to be missed!

I have owned these lovely Shepherds Huts for quite a few years now, 'Ouseside' hut has recently been relocated to my home here in Rodmell and was hand built by us and completely bespoke with every detail thought of. 'Caburn' was restored after years of sitting in a field on a local farm unloved! They are all cosy spaces with really comfy beds and a great place to rest your head after days walking, cycling or exploring the local area.
