Our luxury villa is located in the heart of Kaštel Stari, one of the most beautiful cities on the Adriatic. It is surrounded by new holiday homes and offers sea views.
Our villa is the perfect place for those who want to spend quiet holidays in a luxurious environment, with all the necessary komforeras. In addition, Kaštel Stari is one of the most beautiful places on the Adriatic, with beautiful beaches, restaurants and sights to visit.

The space
The villa is spacious and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home. It has a large living room, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and tools, and four spacious bedrooms. The outdoor area includes a large swimming pool (9.3m), a barbecue and a sun terrace, as well as a small open lounge for relaxation.
There are numerous beaches, restaurants and shops near our villa, so you will have no problem with having fun or stocking up on all the necessary things.
