Excellent. Straightforward communication, easy check-in and check-out, great location, place looks even better than the photos. The next time I am in Rome I will try to stay here again.

What a great neighborhood ! The apartment is centrally located to bus, train and subway systems. Local shops and restaurants are a great value. The apartment itself was roomy and clean. Tina was s great host! There is no wifi in the apartment but can be found at local shops if needed.

I stayed at Tina's apartment with my husband and another couple over NYE--plenty of room for all of us. It's well-located, near the Piramide Metro stop and in a neighborhood full of restaurants, grocery stores, a market and a short walk up Aventine Hill and over to the Coloseum/Circus Maximus (and the lesser known Knights of Malta keyhole, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) it!) The apartment is well heated in the winter and it made for easy access to the city while being out of the (absolute zoo) tourist zone. Tina also was very helpful giving us suggestions about getting to the apartment from both Termini and Ciampino. One thing that was an oversight on our part was that there is NO WiFi. To be fair, she mentions this in the listing and she does give you options on arrival for internet access points. Still, if this is a sticking point for you, read what's included carefully. Thank you, Tina!

Tina was a very great host. Although we arrived a little late she waited for us at the apartment and welcomed us with a big smile. She has prepared everything for us. We enjoyed her place a lot. It is so close to Trastevere, the place where we love going especially in the evening for dinner. There were supermarkets in each corner of her place and a big local market for any kind of fresh food. The bus stop was not more than 50 meters to the place. The apartment was very clean. We felt like home. I highly recommend everyone to stay in Tina's apartment.

Tina is a lovely host, and even left us coffee and pastries for breakfast. The appartment is nice, close to Trastevere area, which is definitely a neighbourhood to visit in Rome. The appartment is suitable for 4 people.

We had a great time staying at Tina's apartment! They came to meet us and show us the place and make sure we were well settled. It had everything we needed for a few days stay, clean bedding and towels, and was very comfortable for two couples. The area is nice and central with lots of good food around. The complex is quiet and the apartment was perfect for relaxing in after a long day of touring. Would definitely stay again.
