The apartment has an outdoor area with small swimming pool, bbq and a stove to cook and dine outside during warm summer nights.

It is a perfect place to spend holidays with your kids.

Loved our stay in sirolo, a great little town with lovely beaches and nice restaurants - osteria d'Sara. The apartment was great - right on the main square so easy reach of everything. The terrace and little pool were lovely and peaceful, we cooked outside and drank good local wine on a number of evenings -could not have been better.

Chiara responded patiently to my many emails before our stay, asking about beaches, and restaurants etc. I didn't really understand about the private beach thing, as we don't have that in the UK. In the end I booked umbrella's and sunloungers for the first 2 days, then did it on a day by day basis after that and it was fine. They did get booked up, so if you want to do it this way, it is worth booking in advance. If you're not in Italy, looking up the beach on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) was how I did it, as the private beach areas all have a page where you can message them. The walk from the appartment to the 3 local beaches was fine, and the walk home isn't really as awful as other reviews make out - we did it with 3 kids each day and it's fine. The walk through the trees with the sea sparkling in the distance was a joy. The food at Hotel Arturo was our favourite meal. The appartment was fantastic - perfect for us (3 teenagers, two adults). I loved just walking out onto the square in the evenings when so much was going on, and then retreating back into our quiet sanctuary. The gellateria's and restaurants are all right on your doorstep. I would say that if you have a car, you can park it for free at the school car park which is a 10 minute walk from the appartment - down the hill from the theatre towards Numana. Parking in the town is a nightmare in August when we were there - I got a ticket on the first day as I'd left the car in a 1 hour space without putting the time I parked on the dashboard (no one told me you have to do this!). 1 hour later I had a ticket - 24 Euro's. We barely used the car when we were there - once to visit a water park an hour away, and another time to go to Portonovo for a meal one evening which was lovely. We felt Sirolo had everything we needed! Chiara and her brother were very helpful, and responded kindly and helpfully to my endless emails. Thankyou!

This was a lovely flat right in the main village square in Sirolo. The outside terrace had a BarBQ and gas hob which was great and the little swimming pool was very welcome. The beaches on this part of the coast are lovely but be warned they all seem to be at the bottom of a steep hill. They are worth it! Chiara was very helpful and responsive. I would thoroughly recommend the flat.

A great apartment in an Italian town with character in it's detail and people. The terrace pool was great for cooling swims and some exercise. The terrace itself was perfect for some quiet relaxation. Our best hours on holiday were spent there.

We came to Sirolo for a few days of sun. It's no exaggeration to say that the apartment is on a cliff above the sea - it faces onto the square, has amazing views across the ocean. The apartment is simple and charming, and the terrace is very special. There were only two of us, but the apartment is split over two levels, feels spacious. it would work for a family. It's a lovely place to stay. There were toiletries in the bathroom, and an ipod speaker system, which were nice touches we hadn't expected, Chiara and her family were very kind and helpful. Chiara was always available by text. We had bad luck with the weather - torrential thunderstorms which took out the power in the apartment on the second night - but I can't imagine this is common. We had good food, we listened to a great jazz band playing in the street, bought some things at the market.. The local beach is pebbled, with clear blue water. It was enjoyable even on a grey day. The only note I would add is that it's a steep, steep walk down to the beach - fine on the way down, but walking back up is arduous, I recommend driving. All in all, a great experience. We had a good time in rather bad weather - in the sunshine, I don't think you could really lose with this place.

Chiara's place is great, located in the hart of the medieval village, you will experience something unique. The place gets crowded and noisy during peak summer time, but once back in the apartment, on the terrace with a pool, it's quite and beautiful. The four of us (2 girls aged 7 and 10) had a great time, I recommend.
