However, this prime location also means you're just minutes away from Universal Studios, major restaurants, and countless local attractions. 🏡 Home Layout: This beautiful house has 4 bedrooms with queen beds, and two full bathrooms. Total guests allowed is 8. Each Bedroom has its own smart TV and there is also a smart TV in the living room, ideal for family night.
Make delicious meals at our spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need! Pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, cups, toaster, blender, and regular coffee maker! Enjoy great meal with your family.
We also offer washer and dryer complementary (laundry detergent/softener is not provided).
🏊 Inviting Pool Area: Dive into the large, 7ft deep, private, sparkling pool, ideal for fun-filled days under the sun. Whether you're lounging on the deck or taking a refreshing dip, the pool area is the heart of relaxation. Our Heated pool allows you to enjoy our amazing pool/oasis all year round. Unlike a Hotel/Resort, our heated pool area will be exclusive for your family and friends.
The patio has new outdoor furniture including, dining table, chair recliners, sectional sofa, a large umbrella and a Weber professional gas grill.
🐶 Pets: We are dog friendly. Your pet will love our fully enclosed backyard. The dog can also be walked by the neighborhood sidewalk. There is also a community park 1 mile away, perfect for dogs.
Trained dog is allowed for a $150 fee (only 1 dog allowed). The fee may be waived for registered service dogs. Must provide valid registration number with the United States Service Animal Registrar. Service dogs must always be with guest, and not be left behind for any reason.

I encourage you to pay closer attention and look at the map before booking in the outskirts of Orlando or nearby cities like Kissimmee, Davenport, Champions Gate, which are not ideal.
Location location location!! focus on location because it is possibly the most important detail when booking a vacation home.

🕒 Early check-in or late check-out: We are happy to accommodate early arrival and late departure when we can. You can purchase an early check-in 24hrs before your arrival or a late check-out 12hrs before you depart. We cannot guarantee any early check ins prior to 24 hours before arrival, and we cannot accommodate a late check out request made within 12hrs of departure because they are based on availability.
Price is $25 each hour. The latest check-out we can accommodate is 3pm. Let me know if you want this option and we can arrange payment.

✨ Extra things to know:
- The house has an attached private guesthouse with its own entrance. This suite does not have access to the house or any of the amenities, such as pool or yard. This guesthouse is also rented.
- Our pool may be heated by request and the per day fee is $25 x the number of days of your stay (minimum of 3 days). Fee is due before check-in. This is completely optional. Please let us know in advance if you would like this option.
- Weber gas grill fee is $45 for the entire stay.
- This house has a limit of 2 car parking space in the driveway
- This home sits in a prime location, just minutes from Universal Studios, restaurants, and major attractions. Because of this convenient location, the house is positioned along a busy road, and guests may hear some traffic noise, particularly in the two bedrooms facing the street.
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone—especially light sleepers—we provide white noise machines, blackout curtains, and high-quality bedding.
