• The living room area has a big screen TV with comfortable brand-new sofa. There is also fireplace, wet bar, wine refrigerator and ice maker.
• The dining table seats 6 comfortably .
• This home is fully appointed with all modern kitchen appliances and granite countertops for all of your cooking needs.
• The master bedroom is beautiful, which is located on the third floor with flat screen TV. Enjoy the king bed, balcony with ocean view, large spacious bath with separate Jacuzzi, shower, and double vanity.
• Second bedroom has a comfy queen bed. The third bedroom is great for children, complete with bunk bed (single over double) with the tub/shower bathroom.
• The fourth bedroom located on second floor with Full bed and bathroom with walk in shower.
• The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer.
• The 2 private balconies have a spacious sitting area to enjoy the ocean breeze.
• Wood and tile floors are in living room, kitchen, and bathrooms. There are cozy carpet in all bedrooms

We will ask for some favors
- No smoking inside or on Balcony.
- Please keep windows and doors closed at all times due to insect and HVAC problems.
- Please turn off lights, TV's, etc...when not in use, especially when leaving the house.
- Please do not sit on furniture in wet bathing suits and dry off thoroughly before entering the house. There is an outdoor shower in the back of the unit behind the garage door to rinse off sand.
