This gorgeous unit is located in the heart of Famous Gaslamp Neighborhoods, with great walkability to all that downtown has to offer, Blocks from Freeway access to Beach Cities, Balboa Park, the Harbors , near SD Airport, walking distance to Convention Center, Petco Park, The condo has great views overlooking the quiet interior courtyard, which includes a pool & Jacuzzi, BBQ area, and exercise room. Washer/Dryer in unit along with AC. Includes 1 assigned parking space in the underground garage.

This beautiful furnished 1 bedroom apartment featuring sea and ocean theme is ideal for couples, families ,business traveler for short and long-term stay .A private bedroom with a queen bed and a spacious walk-in closet and wardrobe ,the living room boasts floor to ceiling windows giving the living room a sun splashed , quiet cozy atmosphere ideal for a book reading and movies .Apartment has a bathroom with full size tub/shower ,the Full size kitchen and Dining area fully stocked with items for all your cooking an dinning needs. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement as required by condo building HOA regulations.
