Located on the 2nd floor of a stunning Victorian property, this room has a choice of either king size or twin beds, wardrobe, drawer unit, a TV, Xbox One/Blu-Ray player, hot drinks, iron, ironing board & hair dryer. Also an adjacent private bathroom with a roll-top bath , toilet & wash basin. We're situated a 5 minute walk from Cromer Beach and Town. Off-street parking for 1 car included.

The space

We are No4 Cromer. In a prime location just 5 minutes walk from Cromer town centre, our semi-detached Victorian property is a beautiful place to stay. Our 3 guest rooms are all on the top (2nd) floor of the house and the rooms are spacious and lovingly decorated and furnished. We provide fluffy towels, bathrobes, toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. This room has the flexibility of having either a Kingsize bed, or Twin beds (2 x 2'6" singles) and you will have your own private bathroom which is right next door to the bedroom. We also offer an optional continental breakfast, delivered to your room door - please enquire for details.

**PLEASE NOTE** Apologies but we are not able to host children under 4 years of age.

For your information, we also have 2 other Guest Rooms listed on Airbnb:
"Lookout Room" & "Lighthouse Room" and these can also be rented individually or as a combination of a 2-bed or 4-bed suite with the Sea Glimpse Room.

We have superb Blue Flag beaches and there are lots of things to do both in Cromer and the surrounding areas. We are located in a residential street conveniently situated just a 5 minute walk from both the beach and town.

Myself and my husband Paul moved to Cromer in 2016 after visiting as holidaymakers ourselves for over 20 years. We love Cromer - being by the sea and the wonderful landscapes of North Norfolk is amazing. The property is Victorian but as we are both from a design / creative background you will find plenty of unusual and quirky design touches around the house, which we are gradually restoring. We love it here and hope you do too.

We offer 3 rooms on the top (2nd) floor, which can be rented individually or together, depending on the number of guests in your party.
